Fall 2025 brought my first encounter with a large-format camera, a process that taught me the true meaning of patience and perseverance. There is a deep, quiet intimacy to working with this style of film. While it is an incredibly demanding format to master, the reward comes in the exquisite, breathtaking detail it brings to life.

This project explores the relationship between nature and humans. At every turn, I see nature fighting to reclaim its home, while humanity continuously disregards the deep harm we inflict. It is a never-ending battle for ownership of the world; a quiet war between human civilization and the forces of nature.
